Menstruation is a biological process that take place in a woman’s reproductive organ. It is a blood which formed from “unfertilized eggs” which gradually comes down from the ovary (via Fallopian tube), forms a thick lining in the wall of uterus or womb.
It is an excrete. During menstruation (blood stain), it passes from uterus via cervix (an entrance or link between vagina and uterus) to vagina to vulva, then flows out.
DANGERS OF SEX DURING MENSURATION
- Infection: during blood stain, the cervix becomes more open or wide thereby making it prone for micro organisms to invade the reproductive system – then to blood stream.
- It is disgusting as it is an excrete.
